I have had the privilege of working in creative roles my entire career, but I have had to learn some hard lessons along the way. Mainly when I have been managed and worked in teams of extreme extroverts. It is almost a given in business, marketing, PR, social media and the arts that your voice has to be loud, and you have to be visible. It took me a long time to understand the importance of being a quiet achiever.

Has my introverted personality held me back? No. But my journey and career path could have been less bumpy, more supportive and involve less anxiety if I had surrounded myself with creative introverts. Therefore, I have made it my mission to support introverted personalities by offering 1:1 coaching and self-taught courses and educate businesses into supporting new managers with introverted personalities. I also aim to help freelance creatives who struggle to self promote.

From an introvert to an introvert. There will be no role play, pressure to think on your feet or loudness to my coaching. It will be thorough, supportive and calm.
